Just want to know what does this $60.00 all include. do you pay for your wine, food and entertainment?

Julia
That $60 includes tastes from all participating restaurants, a Fleur et Vin wine glass, your wine sampling and the entertainment!
The only additional charge would be if you wanted souvenir beerglasses, posters, etc….

Forgive me, but could someone expand upon “your wine sampling?” I have been to events in the past that say tastings are included. What isn’t stated is that upon entry, you are given an allotment of tickets or coupons, and that’s that. The 10 tickets hardly cover the variety of an event advertising 200 wines. 5%? (See the Queen City Wine Festival in June for example) 300+ wines is probably more than my palet could handle at once, but I’m more likely to try wines that don’t fit my usual tastes if I don’t have to worry about running out of tickets.

Good question James! Fleurs et Vin allows you to try wines without fumbling with tickets or punch cards. As with most wine tastings there are spit buckets available so you can responsibly taste many wines without having to worry about exceeding the legal alcohol limit. Of course, the festival will not overserve our guests, so plan on coming out to our party in the park and having a good time!

What is the typical dress for this function?

It’s a casual party in the park!! Dress for comfort and by all means DO NOT wear heels! They tend to sink in the grass and you might trip and spill your wine! :0

The tastings will be from 1-4pm and the live auction will begin at 4pm. Wine and treats will be poured for bidders!
